Iris Bener Sharoni

Iris Bener Sharoni is a highly experienced Senior Hardware Engineer currently employed at Radware since January 2020, where responsibilities include designing platform solutions for high-end communication systems and managing OEM teams. Previously, from June 2017 to December 2019, Iris worked as a Self-Employed Contractor in Product Management, and held multiple engineering roles at Radware from 2005 to 2016, focusing on designing complex electronic cards and solutions. Earlier career experience includes senior hardware engineering positions at VCON, OnePath Networks, and BAE Systems, where project management, VHDL design, and the integration of hardware and software were key components. Iris holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Istanbul University, obtained in 1994.
