Leonid Brider possesses extensive experience in research and development within the technology sector, currently serving as the Alteon R&D Group lead at Radware since March 2006. In this role, Leonid has held various leadership positions, including Director R&D for ADC and Alteon Application Switch R&D Team Leader, contributing significantly to the advancement of application delivery solutions. Prior to Radware, Leonid worked as a Senior Software Engineer at IDF - Mamram from February 1995 to February 2001.
