Nati Aluk

Nati Aluk currently serves as the OD and Learning Director at Radware since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nati held positions at Checkmarx as Global Learning and OD Manager and Learning & Development Business Partner for R&D, Product, and CTO Business Units from November 2020 to March 2023. Nati's experience includes working at Amdocs as a Learning Partner, focusing on innovative delivery models and business-aligned learning solutions from November 2017 to November 2020, and managing product lines at Aminach Ltd from November 2015 to November 2017. Earlier roles included Lead Instructional Designer and Soft Skills Facilitator at FOX WIZEL LTD (2012 - 2015) and Learning Lead at Sapir College (2010 - 2012). Nati is pursuing an MBA in Organizational Behavior and HR Management at The Open University of Israel, expected to be completed in October 2024, and holds a B.A. in Technological Marketing from Sapir College.
