Nir Hepner

Nir Hepner is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in research and development enablement and quality assurance. Currently serving as the VP of R&D Enablement at Radware since March 2015, Nir leads the Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Quality groups. Previously, Nir held multiple leadership roles at IBM from April 2008 to March 2015, including Program Director of Storage Technical Support, where management of a worldwide team over 100 professionals was undertaken to ensure 24x7 support for complex storage issues. In addition, Nir was Senior Manager for XIV QA & Support and ProtecTIER QA & Support, overseeing global QA and support for IBM's enterprise storage products. Prior experience includes senior management at Diligent Technologies, which was later acquired by IBM, and an integration and QA team leader role at EMC.
