Or Horovitz is an experienced software professional currently serving as a Software Team Leader and Scrum Master at Radware since October 2021, while also contributing as a Software Engineer. Prior to Radware, Or held various roles at Elbit Systems Ltd from December 2016 to December 2021, including Software Engineer and Java Backend Developer, where development of versatile applications and an international communication application was undertaken. Earlier experience includes a position as a QA Tester at Qualitest from March 2013 to December 2016, where Or received recognition as an outstanding employee for exceptional accomplishments and teamwork while performing manual testing in a high-tech military environment. Or holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
