Riki Goldriech

Riki Goldriech is Radware’s Chief People Officer. She develops and executes human resources strategy for Radware’s global organization in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, retention strategy, performance management, training & organizational development, compensation and employee engagement.

Ms. Goldriech believes people make the difference and do their best and can thrive in a supportive, open and challenging environment.

Ms. Goldriech brings more than 13 years of human resources experience to her role. Prior to Radware, she managed the human resources function at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE) Software in Israel. She has also held multiple human resources posts at HPE Israel. Ms. Goldriech holds both a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Logistics-Economics and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.
