Ritika Mandal

Ritika Mandal is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior HR Manager and Head of HR at Radware, Ritika leads HR and operations for the Radware Innovation Center in Chennai and Bangalore since March 2019. Prior to this role, Ritika held HR Manager positions at ShieldSquare and Arowana Consulting Limited, as well as several HR-related roles at Cyberoam, Tata Consultancy Services, Gujarat Infrapipes Pvt. Ltd., and Ma Foi Randstad. Ritika holds a Master of Human Resources and Management degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
