Somesh Bhandarkar

Somesh Bhandarkar is an Emergency Response Team Analyst at Radware since July 2021, bringing expertise in cybersecurity and threat analysis. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland, where Somesh developed assignments on Fuzzing and Threat Modeling, and created automated grading scripts. Additionally, Somesh was a Student Assistant, responsible for system security and collaboration with library staff to establish Secure Operating Procedures for over 1000 students. As a Security Analyst Intern at Skynet Secure Solutions, Somesh focused on vulnerability assessment and web application penetration testing, adhering to OWASP Top 10 guidelines. Somesh holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
