Tal Ben-Ari

Tal Ben-Ari has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1998, they started their career as an HR Business Partner at Comverse Technology, Inc., where they worked until 2004. From 2005 to 2006, they served as an Executive Search Manager at Gisha Shona. In 2007, they ventured into entrepreneurship and became an Independent Life Coach until 2013. Tal then joined Broadcom in 2013, working as a Human Resources Business Partner for a few months. In 2014, they served as the Director of Global HR at Flash Networks. Tal spent a significant portion of their career at Radware, starting in 2015 as an HRBP and later transitioning to the role of Global HR Director from 2017 to 2021. Tal'smost recent role is VP HR P&S at Radware, where they started in December 2021.

Tal Ben-Ari holds a BA in Communications and Business from The College of Management Academic Studies, which was completed from 1995 to 1997. Tal then pursued an MBA from Herriot Watt University, completing it from 2001 to 2003. Tal also obtained a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Practices from Cornell University, which was completed in 2010. In 2006 and 2007, they received training in Co-Active Coaching from CTI The Coaches Training Institute.
