Kevin Halonen serves as the Director of Operations at RAEN since October 2016, overseeing global demand planning, purchasing for all sales channels, inventory management, and B2B implementation. Responsibilities include managing seasonal product offerings, pricing structures, and conducting sales analysis for various teams. Previously, Kevin held the position of National Sales Manager, managing the US rep team and inside sales, setting sales goals, and developing business strategies. Prior to RAEN, Kevin gained experience as a Sporting Goods Channel Sales Rep at Quiksilver and as a Sales Representative at DC Shoes. Educational background includes a Business Degree in Marketing from California State University San Marcos, earned from 1999 to 2003.
