The Rafał Brzoska Foundation is a forward-thinking philanthropic organization dedicated to supporting ambitious young individuals who face challenging life circumstances. The Foundation focuses on promoting equal access to education, personal development, and career opportunities. By investing in talent, nurturing potential, and inspiring action, it empowers young people through scholarship programs, mentoring, and future skills training.
Founded by Rafał Brzoska – a Polish entrepreneur, innovator, and one of the most recognized leaders in the European e-commerce and logistics sectors – the initiative is rooted in the belief that education is the most powerful driver of change and should be accessible to all, regardless of background or personal hardship.
The Foundation runs programs that transform potential into real opportunities for education, growth, and social advancement. Its flagship initiative, the Rafał Brzoska Academy, provides scholarships, personal development resources, and access to a network of dedicated mentors. In parallel, the Foundation supports educational institutions and initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and social responsibility.
Every action undertaken by the Foundation serves a single mission: to create meaningful opportunities for a better future for young people. The organization collaborates with business, social, and educational partners in Poland and abroad, engaging leaders in projects that promote systemic change and equal opportunity.
