Christopher Wall has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Christopher started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at OpalStaff in April 2017 and worked there until July 2018. Christopher then joined DealerSocket as a Security Engineer in August 2018 and stayed until September 2020. At DealerSocket, Christopher was responsible for managing security tooling, leading the vulnerability management program, and advocating for security within engineering processes.
In 2020, Christopher joined Panasonic North America as a Senior Cloud Security Engineer, where they built and led the security program for the Panasonic Smart Mobility Office Group. Christopher implemented tools and processes to streamline engineers' workflows and provided ongoing training on security trends and best practices. Christopher collaborated with other team managers to facilitate faster delivery of value to customers. Christopher worked at Panasonic North America until May 2022.
Most recently, Christopher Wall joined Informed.IQ in May 2022 as a Platform Engineering Manager. In this role, they managed the platform engineering team and focused on driving the development and improvement of the platform. Christopher held this position until March 2023.
Currently, Christopher is employed at Raft as a Platform Engineer, starting in March 2023. No end date has been provided for this role.
Christopher Wall attended American Military University from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in IT Security: Cybersecurity. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In September 2019, they obtained the (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) certification from (ISC)². In December 2019, they also received the AWS Certified Security - Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In May 2020, they obtained the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) from the Cloud Security Alliance. Christopher has plans to obtain the Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification from The Linux Foundation in May 2023 and the Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp in July 2022.
