Dan Padgett

Dan Padgett, PhD, is a senior user experience researcher and design strategist with over six years of experience in government and enterprise products across various sectors including finance and education. Currently a Senior UX Researcher and Designer at Raft, they previously held roles at Rocket Communications, Inc., where they enhanced user research standards and expanded design services for the US Space Force. Dan's past experience includes leading a Learning Management System team for the United States Air Force Academy and teaching at Northwest Vista College. They earned their PhD in Philosophy from Baylor University and a BA from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
