Eric Yager

Eric Yager is a Sr. Director at Raft, where they currently lead initiatives in defense software. Previously, they served as a Software Development Manager at Amazon, overseeing multiple product teams and collaborating with design technologists and machine learning engineers to innovate organizational design tools. Eric's career also includes significant software engineering roles at Dell Technologies, where they transformed procurement processes, and an extensive military background as a commander and officer in the US Army, leading operations in various international settings. Outside of their professional endeavors, Eric has actively engaged in community service through dog rescue and manages a 160-acre farm with their family.
