Kevin Cuartas

Kevin Cuartas serves as Integration Program Manager at Raft, starting in November 2024. Previously, at CTI from August 2020 to November 2024, Kevin held the position of DARPA Deputy Experimentation Lead, overseeing experimentation planning and execution in support of the Joint Fires Network. Other notable roles include Senior Program Manager for Long Range Fires at CTI, Chief of the Joint Interface Control Cell at the 613 Air and Space Operations Center, and Commander at Detachment 2, 605 Test and Evaluation Squadron. Kevin's leadership experience encompasses multi-domain operational planning, tactical development, and execution within defense contexts. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from Trident University International.
