Every major asset class eventually gets managed. Fidelity manages your investments. One Medical manages your health. For the largest asset most Americans will ever own, nothing like this has existed. Until now.

Rafter is the first active technology management layer for the home. It combines a proprietary data layer that monitors risk across dozens of sources, an AI that surfaces problems before they become expensive, and an agentic platform that coordinates real work getting done on the homeowner's behalf. The end result is a home on autopilot, continually driving to lower risk and higher affordability.

The opportunity is enormous and hiding in plain sight. $55 trillion in US housing value sits almost entirely unmanaged. The average homeowner spends $21,400 a year beyond their mortgage in costs they never see coming. 47% of insurance claims are entirely preventable. No system has ever existed to change this at scale. Rafter is building that system.

Early results from our V1 Beta speak for themselves: $3,000 in avoided claims per home, $847 in direct savings, 92% retention. Major insurance carriers have recognized the opportunity and are actively partnering with Rafter to bring this to their policyholders.

This is not another home services app. Rafter is the infrastructure layer that every home will eventually run on.
