Michael Dill is the Advisory Solutions Director at Acxiom Salesforce Practice (formerly RafterOne) with over 15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. They began their career as an administrator and have since led numerous Salesforce implementations, currently focusing on pre-sales efforts to design and implement custom solutions. Michael holds seven Salesforce certifications and has been a member of Salesforce's Manufacturing Partner Advisory Board since 2020. They earned a BBA and BSJ from Ohio University and an MBA in Technology Management and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In their free time, Michael enjoys biking, cooking, traveling, and supporting their two sons at sports competitions.
