Markus Eppich is a Gas Storage Economist at RAG Austria AG since June 2022, specializing in LNG and CNG business development within the midstream sector. Prior to this, Markus served as a Project Manager and Junior Project Manager at Pro Danube Management GmbH from July 2016 to May 2022, focusing on environmental assessment and the greening of the inland waterborne transport fleet, notably through the Danube Transnational Programme projects "GREEN DANUBE" and "GRENDEL." Markus has extensive expertise in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) infrastructure implementation, supporting initiatives like the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) and conducting preparatory works for ongoing projects. Academically, Markus holds a Master of Science in Energy and Transport Management and a Bachelor of Science in Energy, Transport and Environmental Management from FH Joanneum.
