Ragilly was born in 2018 with a simple but bold idea — bring order to one of India's most fragmented sectors: unauthorized automotive service. Starting with doorstep car and bike servicing and a growing spare parts distribution network, we built our reputation on reliability and scale.

But we saw a bigger problem hiding in plain sight: businesses across every sector were struggling to manage payments, collections, and corporate finance. So we pivoted.

In 2020, we launched **Finigenie** — our flagship B2B payments orchestration platform — starting with automotive corporates in India. By 2021, we had partnered with **RuPay and Visa** to introduce corporate card solutions. In 2022, we took Finigenie global, establishing our presence in the **United Arab Emirates** under Ragilly Fintech IT Solutions LLC (DED-licensed, Dubai Mainland).

Today, Finigenie operates as a technology orchestration layer powering enterprise payment flows across India and the UAE — working alongside regulated partners including **Geidea, Emirates NBD**, and **Noxxo** (FCA, ADGM, VARA licensed). Our solutions span trade payments, BPSP, virtual accounts, stablecoin settlement rails, and AI-driven financial operations.

Ragilly has been featured in **Inc. Arabia** (2026) among entrepreneurs building for the future of fintech in the region.

From spare parts to smart payments — we build what businesses actually need.
