Bill Carter

Bill Carter, PMP, currently serves as President at R Associates Inc. (RAI), a company dedicated to providing customer-centric IT solutions since November 2012. In addition to leading RAI, Bill holds the position of President and General Partner at both Carter Legal Funds and Zap n Zein LLC, where Bill oversees self-sufficient operations and provides direction for small business acquisitions, respectively. Bill's prior experience includes significant roles at Hewlett-Packard, where Bill was an executive overseeing hardware/software engineering and business operations, and Circuit City, where Bill managed operations during the integration of the CarMax acquisition. Bill began a career in management at Bennigan’s, directing the largest location in the U.S. before engaging in HUB operations at Eastern Airlines. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from St. Mary's University.
