Heather Garozzo

Heather Garozzo has extensive experience in the esports and gaming industry, currently serving as the Head of Raidiant since November 2021, where responsibility includes operating women's esports events for major gaming companies. Prior to this role, Heather co-founded Raidiant, which became the fastest growing women in gaming platform globally, and held the Vice President of Community and Events position at Dignitas, where notable achievements included leading public relations efforts and executing record-breaking esports tournaments. Earlier career roles included significant positions in digital marketing and communications at Assurant Solutions, E-Sports Entertainment LLC, and Fleishman-Hillard, as well as competitive gaming experience as a professional gamer, including a Women's Counter-Strike World Champion title. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Marketing & eBusiness from the Lubar College of Business.
