Jochen Schäfer

Jochen Schäfer is a Senior Funding & Partner Manager at Rail-Flow, where they focus on advancing digitalization and efficiency in rail freight transport through innovative projects and partnerships. With over 12 years of experience, Jochen has previously served as the Managing Director of the Research Association for Electrical Engineering, where they successfully developed a project and cooperation strategy involving over 200 partners. They also worked as a lecturer at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg and contributed to statistical methods at the Institute for Applied Economic Research. Jochen's career began with a trainee role at ZVEI, where they gained early project and stakeholder management experience.
