We aim to welcome railway and building services companies of all sizes throughout Europe, supporting the renewal of existing connections and the formation of new business relationships. Rail Link provides businesses in the rail and building services supply chains with a unique opportunity to present their services and products to a targeted audience at a competitive cost. Industry leaders send procurement managers to this event to discover innovative solutions and new suppliers.

Exhibitors are invited to book a stand by contacting us via email. Each stand includes a 6ft table, tablecloth, and two chairs, with space for pop-up banners and product displays. Larger spaces are available upon request.

Expo attendance is free. To optimise networking opportunities, all staff from exhibiting and visiting companies must register for the event. Please note that while there is a fee for exhibitor spaces and talks access, visitor registration is complimentary. There are no restrictions on the number of staff attendees, allowing companies to fully maximise networking potential.
