Railcare Health is a nonprofit mobile clinic that works to bring healthcare to underinsured and uninsured communities in rural North Carolina. We additionally focus on expanding access to care for marginalized populations. Our current projects include COVID-19 testing for NC's migrant farm worker communities, LGBTQ+ clinic events, and primary care for rural towns.
