Ed Tracey is a Senior Technical Services Engineer at Tracsis Rail Technology Solutions since June 2019, bringing extensive experience in telecommunications and IT from prior roles at Xerox, where work spanned over 14 years. In the role of IT Analyst/Architect – Telecom, Ed architected and designed call center telecom platforms for Xerox, supporting both direct customers and internal service technicians. Additional responsibilities included training enterprise personnel on a third-party telecom application and optimizing call flows for over 25 business entities across various time zones and languages. Ed holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and has further education from Rochester Institute of Technology.
