Alec Eaves has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Alec began their career at Food Lion in 2015 as a Customer Service Lead and worked there until 2021. In 2020, Alec worked as an Independent Contractor at DoorDash. In 2021, Alec joined Enterprise as a Management Intern and then transitioned to Railinc Corp. in 2022. At Railinc Corp., Alec initially worked as a Customer Success Specialist before being promoted to Product Support Specialist I and then Product Support Specialist II.

Alec Eaves started their education journey at The JP Knapp ECH (i)School in 2013 and continued till 2018. During this time, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following that, they attended College of The Albemarle from 2014 to 2018 and completed an Associate of Science degree, but the field of study is unknown. Later, Alec enrolled in the East Carolina University - College of Business and pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Management Information Systems from 2018 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Alec Eaves has also obtained several certifications. Alec completed the "Introduction to Packet Tracer" certification from Cisco in September 2021. In February 2020, they acquired the "Microsoft Excel 2016 Introductory" certification from MyLab IT, and also completed the "Tableau Essential Training" certification from LinkedIn Learning during the same month and year.
