Beth W. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Beth started their career at Nortel Networks, where they served as a Manager, Software Design & Development, overseeing multiple product lines and leading a team of 11 designers. Beth effectively managed resources, coordinated activities with various departments, and ensured timely delivery of customer requests.

Beth then transitioned to the role of Software Designer, where they developed product features and provided support throughout the development cycle. Beth consistently met milestones, produced high-quality deliverables, and maintained low error rates for their software.
