Karin Vander Have has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Karin started their career as a Translator at Siemens in 1999 and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a QS Auction Administrator at FreeMarkets Inc. In 2003, they joined BT as an Order Manager for a year. Karin then progressed to Hubwoo A Perfect Commerce Company, where they held the position of Director of Customer Support from 2004 to 2016. Their role included overseeing global teams, meeting with global customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Since 2016, Karin has been a part of Railnova, initially serving as the Customer Success Team Manager for Hardware and Software Development. Currently, they are the Professional Services Lead.

Karin Vander Have pursued their education at VLEKHO Business School Brussel from 1995 to 1999, obtaining a Master's degree in Translation - Interpretation. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired a certification in "Learn to Program: The Fundamentals" from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2017.
