Anna Rule is an experienced investment professional with a focus on private markets and real assets. Currently serving as the Director of Real Assets and Private Markets at Railpen since January 2017, Anna oversees a portfolio of £10bn and leads a team of 26 investment professionals. Prior to this role, Anna held the position of Senior Director at Aviva Investors from December 2004 to December 2017, where accountability included managing the largest institutional pooled fund and several segregated mandates. Anna's career began at Cushman & Wakefield, where employment from September 1997 to December 2004 encompassed roles in both the City Office Agency & Development and Central London Investment departments. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Land Management from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 1994 and 1997.
