Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall is an accomplished finance and product development professional with extensive experience in the pension sector and corporate finance. Currently serving as Head of Product Development at Railpen since February 2015, Matthew leads the creation of pension products and propositions while also holding the title of Director of Strategy, focusing on corporate strategy and strategic business planning. Previously, Matthew held roles as Head of Finance, where responsibilities included long-term strategic planning and advising the Board, and as Corporate Finance Manager at RPMI. Prior experience includes serving as Divisional Finance Manager at Eaga PLC, where Matthew managed a high-revenue division and contributed to its successful sale, and as Audit Manager at Deloitte, overseeing financial audits for diverse clients. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Cardiff University and is a Fellow of the ICAEW as a Chartered Accountant.
