Michael Marshall

Michael Marshall is the Director of Investment Risk & Sustainable Ownership at Railpen, where they leverage extensive expertise in sustainable investment and climate change strategies. Previously, Michael served as the Head of Sustainable Ownership at Railpen and held positions at LGPS Central Limited, where they directed responsible investment initiatives, and Trucost, where they consulted on natural capital risk for financial institutions. Michael began their career as an ESG Research Analyst at EIRIS and demonstrated strong leadership and innovative product development throughout their roles. They are currently engaged with the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association's Responsible Investment Advisory Group and pursuing education at the University of Bristol.
