Keith Heller

Keith Heller has an extensive work experience in the rail freight industry. Keith began their career in 1966 at CN, where they held various leadership and management positions over the course of their tenure. In 2004, they were appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of English, Welsh & Scottish Railway Ltd, where they reduced fixed asset and head count costs by one-third, improved customer satisfaction rating, and established a declining market share through improved customer service, asset utilization and cost efficiency. In 2005, they set up Euro Cargo Rail France and later Euro Cargo Rail Spain in 2007. In 2008, they were appointed as Co-Chairman of DB Schenker Rail. In 2011, they were appointed as Non-Executive Director of UK Coal PLC and assumed the role of Chairman of the company's Health and Safety Committee. In 2012, they were appointed as Non-Executive Director of Railveyor Technologies Global Ltd. In 2013, they were appointed as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of UK Coal Employee Benefit Trust. In 2014, they were appointed as Non Executive Director of RailPod Inc. In 2016, they were appointed as Chairman of Helrom.

Keith Heller has participated in numerous leadership development programmes since 1978. In 1987, they completed an International Executive Leadership Programme. Keith has also attended Sir Wilfred Laurier University, although it is unclear for how long.
