Nitika Khanna

Nitika Khanna has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields. Nitika began their career in 2012 as a Technical Recruiter at EGEN Solutions, Inc. where they sourced and screened top Talent in different technology stacks for web, mobile and app development. Nitika was then promoted to Recruiting Manager and was responsible for leading and implementing multiple Recruiting and Sourcing strategies. In 2019, they transitioned to Baumann Dekor USA as an Operations Manager. In 2020, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager at Baumann Dekor USA. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Railroad19 as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Nitika Khanna completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from LD Engineering College in Gujarat, India. Prior to this, they attended high school in New Delhi, India.
