Donna Rubright

Donna Rubright, SPHR, SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, having held key positions at Railserve, Inc. from 2013 to 2024. In the role of Organizational Learning and Development Manager, Donna focused on employee training, engagement, succession planning, and performance management. As the most senior HR employee, Donna provided support to over 1,300 employees and 100 line managers across 70+ locations in the U.S. and Canada, managing a team of four HR professionals in various HR functions. Additionally, as the Benefits and Compliance Manager, Donna ensured compliance with relevant legislation across 27 states and Canada, collaborating with multiple departments to address legal and corporate requirements. Donna graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Clayton State University.
