Martha Eannace

Martha Eannace is currently the Human Resources Director at Railserve, Inc., overseeing HR functions for over 900 employees across 70 locations in the United States. Previously, Martha worked as a Staff Assistant to the Vice President at Amtrak, where they coordinated HR activities and recruitment processes from 1990 to 2002. They also served as Human Resource Manager at Knight E/A, Inc. from 2002 to 2013, and held the position of Assistant General Manager at Transdev from 2017 to 2025, while also serving as Human Resources Manager there. Martha is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Personnel Management at Northern Illinois University.
