Bill Houglum

Bill Houglum has over 40 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Bill began their career in 1978 as a Senior Application Developer at Northwest Turnkey Systems. In 1996, they moved to Raima Corporation where they worked as a QA Manager. In 1998, they joined Centura Software Corporation as the Director of Engineering. In 2001, they were the Director of Quality Assurance & Customer Support at Birdstep Technology. Finally, in 2005, they joined Raima Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and later became the Sr. Software Engineer and VP of Engineering & Services. During their time at Raima Inc., Bill was able to gain buy-in from C-level management to fully transition to a more established software development lifecycle. Bill also championed the inclusion of the QA team in front-end decisions for software design requirements and reviews, resulting in more efficient pre-production planning.

Bill Houglum obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology - Databases from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Bill also holds a Dynamics CRM Black Belt certification.
