JT Terrell is an accomplished entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in the event rental, healthcare, and technology sectors. After a decade as a professional touring and studio musician, JT founded Music City Tents and Events LLC in 2001, which became a leader in the industry with $20M ARR before an exit to private equity in 2016. Currently serving as an Independent Senior Consultant at Beast Practices Consulting, LLC, JT also holds advisory roles at Rain Instant Pay and Chalkline, and is a member of the Board of Directors at Calm Waters AI and the Managing Partner at MontecitoPLUS. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer at CVG, Chief Accountability Officer at Montecito Medical Real Estate, and Business Mentor for the Accelerators Organization.
