Nim Mann

Nim M. is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and finance management. Currently serving as the Head of Finance at Rain since 2023, Nim previously held the position of Investor at Cerberus Capital Management from 2020 to 2023, specializing in distressed public credit and equity investments. Prior experience includes a tenure at Centerview Partners from 2017 to 2020, where significant contributions were made by advising on high-profile transactions, such as FIS's $43 billion acquisition of Worldpay and Azoff Music Management's acquisition of the Madison Square Garden Company's joint venture interest. Additionally, Nim worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in 2016. Nim holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Finance from the University of Southern California.
