Hayes Pierce

Hayes Pierce is a skilled professional with extensive experience in engineering and automation solutions. Currently serving as a Cross Functional Specialist at Rain Engineering since March 2024, Hayes previously held the position of Senior Solutions Architect at AutomaTech, Inc. from November 2019 to March 2024. Prior to that, Hayes was a Senior Software Specialist at Advantage Industrial Automation from March 2013 to November 2019, and a Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region at Automation Control Products from 2012 to March 2013. Hayes began a career at Advantage Industrial Automation in January 2003, taking on roles as an Account Manager and Application Engineer until August 2012. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
