Janet Smith

Janet Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Janet started their career as a Customer Service Manager at RBC in 1988 and continued in a similar role at Groupmark from 1990 to 1994. In 1995, they became a Franchise Owner of Once Upon a Child at Winmark Corporation, a role they held until 2015. In 2015, Janet transitioned to the consulting industry, first as a Partner, Business Operations at ALTA Consulting Canada, and later as the Director of Marketing - Canadian Practice at RAIN Group. Their experiences have allowed their to develop strong skills in customer service, operations, marketing, and business development.

Janet Smith completed a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences at Wilfrid Laurier University from 1984 to 1988.
