Confident, productive Epic-embracing providers on Day 1. That’s what RAIN Resources delivers.
How? We provide peer-to-peer, at the elbow support from real practicing physicians, nurses and other real-time Epic users who use it every day in the care of their patients.

Need a surgeon Epic user to train yours? We have them. Need a family practitioner who has already learned Epic ins and outs from everyday use? We have those, too. And managers. And nurses. And P.A.’s, and Nurse Practitioners. And more.

Unlike “consulting” firms with a staff software team model, RAIN Resources offers true peer support for anyone who needs it – not just a software person who knows Epic. That’s why we often work in conjunction with your implementation consultants.

But we don’t just show up – there is much more available to ensure your success. We will develop your Epic user training, plan and coordinate the go-live, and set-up your command center. And, once you’re live, we will manage specialty user-group conferences to support your team. 100% of our client list is reference-able. That is testimony to the effectiveness of our model.

Here’s our service in a nutshell:

-- Internal Staff Maximization
-- Command Center Implementation

Go-Live

-- All Departments & Staff Support
