Aric Olson

Aric Olson is a highly experienced leader in the irrigation and water management industry, currently serving as the Global SBU Director - Pumps & Services at Rain Bird Corporation since June 2024. Olson's prior roles include Senior Advisor at AvidWater, President of the Irrigation Services Division and CEO of AvidWater at Rivulis Irrigation, and Co-Chair & Executive Committee Board Member of the Irrigation Innovation Consortium. Notably, Olson was President at Jain Irrigation Inc. for over 15 years, where significant revenue and EBITDA growth were achieved, culminating in a merger between industry leaders. Additional leadership roles include Past President of the Irrigation Association and various committee positions within educational and workforce development organizations. Olson holds a Master's in Operations Management from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, with ongoing education at Harvard Business School.
