Kody began a career at Jacobsen, A Textron Company, holding positions as National Account Manager, Territory Sales Manager, and Regional Manager between February 2016 and January 2017. Following this, Kody worked as Corporate Account Sales Manager at Textron Specialized Vehicles from January 2017 to May 2020, and then served as Division Manager at The Davey Tree Expert Company from April 2018 to May 2020. Since May 2020, Kody has been with Rain Bird Corporation, initially as Central Regional Sales Manager, and currently holds the position of Senior Regional Sales Manager for Golf as of May 2023.
