Michael Paulson is a technology and science executive with extensive experience in program management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Rain Bird Corporation, they oversee product development and program management in controls. Previously, they held positions such as Vice President of Engineering at Ainstein and Kustom Signals, Inc., where they successfully led large teams and significantly boosted product offerings and revenue. Michael has a strong background in developing complex audio/visual products and has contributed to groundbreaking advancements in the industry.
