Sithembile Ngcobo

Sithembile Ngcobo is an experienced professional in learning and development with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at RAINBOW since July 2021, Sithembile has previously held roles as a Skills Development Facilitator and Learning Specialist at RCL Foods from September 2012 to August 2022, as well as a Learning Specialist at Rainbow Farms during the same period. Sithembile's educational background includes attendance at New Forest High School from 2002 to 2006 and further studies at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
