Operations

The Operations team at RAINBOW ensures the seamless functioning of our production and processing facilities. Led by the Operations Director, this team oversees the entire supply chain, from breeding and rearing livestock to processing and distributing chicken products. They manage daily operations at our numerous farms, processing plants, and feed mills, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and compliance with health and safety standards. The Operations Manager oversees the functioning of our factory shops, while the Shift Controller coordinates shifts and schedules to maintain continuous production.
