Lenore Gilbert

Lenore Gilbert currently serves as the CEO of Rainbow Studios, overseeing the development of notable gaming titles such as MX vs. ATV and Monster Jam Steel Titans since February 2016. Prior to this role, Lenore held the position of CTO during the development of MX vs ATV: All Out and contributed to various engineering efforts for other titles within the studio. As a partner and CEO of Knald Technologies, LLC since January 2013, Lenore has played a vital role in the tech sector. Additionally, as a board member for The Global Game Jam from April 2020 to March 2022, Lenore supported a global initiative for game development. Previous experience includes serving as partner and CTO at Big Bang Entertainment, technical director at Sony Online Entertainment focusing on engine optimization, and holding significant engineering roles at other game studios.
