Notable achievements include redesigning training programs, enhancing bug writing standards, and fostering team growth through mentorship initiatives. Matthew began their professional journey as a Combat Engineer in the US Army and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Game and Interactive Media Design from the University of Advancing Technology.
