Alison Neate

Alison Neate is the Managing Partner of Smith Partnership in Leicester, where they specialize in professional negligence litigation and dispute resolution. With over 25 years of experience, they have successfully represented businesses and individuals, recently winning significant cases in the Court of Appeal. Alison has also been appointed as a Guardian of the Standard of Wrought Plate at the Birmingham Assay Office and serves as a Director and Trustee at Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. They hold a first-class honours degree from the College of Law Chester and a law degree from Coventry University.
