About Raincity Distillery:
We’re a small-batch craft distillery located in Squamish, British Columbia.
Inspired by the glaciers and grandiose mountains that swaddle Squamish, co-founders Alex and Johnny combined their creativity, engineering genius and love for the mountains to launch Raincity Distillery.

Raincity embodies the spirit of Squamish, by creating locally sourced and locally made spirits that are glacially-fed from the neighboring icefields.

With a world-class cocktail lounge and tasting room, Alex and Jonny envisioned a distillery that locals could call their own; a distillery that produces the finest spirits that will exhilarate your senses.

Our Mission:
It’s the little things in life that make our journey all the more pleasurable. For Johnny, it’s drinking Chinese BaiJiu. For Alex, it’s drinking really good gin.

With Johnny’s Chinese culinary background and Alex’s farm boy upbringing from the organic farms of Saskatchewan, comes the birth of an idea to produce what we love – from scratch.

Together we put a creative spin on distilling by exploring flavours, aromas and traditional spirit recipes from across Europe and Asia. The result, unique spirits that you wouldn’t find this far west in the world.
